We were hired by Steve Pemberton almost 5 months before the re-release of his book. We were however, presented with a massive challenge. His book was done and released almost 6 years ago. We had never handled a project of his nature. How would we get people who already bought the book to be interested again in the book…and why would they care? Steve had worked tirelessly on getting the book picked up as a movie to release in 1,000 theaters simulcast in one single day. There was our opportunity. We tied into that and proposed a bestseller campaign, media campaign and social media push around that. A Chance in the World landed on Barnes and Nobles Top 50 Business books to read. Something he had only dream of. Additionally we were able to place the book on USA Today’s Top 100 list. Since doing so, Steve has doubled his speaker fee’s and his demand in the market has almost tripled.
